About Us

Direct Food Solutions was born out of years of hands-on experience at the intersection of international food supply and the Australian market. Working closely with leading global suppliers, including Döhler, Superior, and others, and alongside food businesses of all shapes and sizes, a pattern became impossible to ignore: local supply was scarce, rigid, and expensive, leaving businesses without the access or infrastructure to source better products at prices that actually supported their growth.

That gap is what Direct Food Solutions was built to close. This insight became the foundation of our service, an independent IMPEX consolidation company built to facilitate end-to-end sourcing, importing, and exporting for clients across industrial foodservice, commercial foodservice, and retail.

We didn't build this business in isolation. We built it alongside our customers.
